Matt Montgomery is a Dallas native and third-generation home builder. He and his wife, Lisa, started Montgomery Custom Homes in 2008 with a commitment to building homes with care, clarity, and long-standing value.

With a background in finance from Texas Christian University and more than two decades of building experience in North Texas, Matt brings a thoughtful, detail-led approach to every custom home and complete renovation.

As a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders and a Certified Lead Safe Renovator, Matt has built his reputation around quality construction, energy efficiency, and a building experience rooted in trust.

Since beginning his professional career in 2003, David has worked with several of Dallas’ premier homebuilders, earning recognition for both construction excellence and customer satisfaction. Raised in a construction family, he learned the trade from the ground up, working hands-on in framing and concrete construction as a teenager. As Vice President of Construction, he is dedicated to mentoring builders, strengthening trade relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner.
